The Infield is Pittsfield’s premier indoor sports training facility, featuring a 5,000 sq. ft. wood-surface arena, three 70-ft batting cages, and a party room. We specialize in private instruction for baseball, softball, lacrosse, and soccer, as well as camps, batting cage rentals, arena rentals, birthday parties, practice rentals, leagues, and event rentals.

The Infield. The Home of the Berkshire Baseball Academy is Pittsfield's premier indoor sports training facility. Located at 10 Lyman Street, we offer a comprehensive range of services to cater to athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Our Facilities and Services:

5,000 sq. ft. Arena: Our spacious wood-surfaced arena is ideal for various sports, including soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and baseball. Fully netted for safety, it provides a versatile space for both practice and play.

Batting Cages: We feature three 70-foot batting cages equipped with pitching machines. Balls, pitching screens, and machines are provided; two individuals are required to operate the machines. Rates are $20 for 30 minutes or $40 per hour.

Private Instruction: Enhance your skills with personalized coaching in baseball, softball, and soccer. Our experienced coaches offer tailored lessons to help you reach your athletic goals.

Camps and Clinics: Participate in our specialized camps designed to develop fundamental skills and promote teamwork. Programs are available for various age groups and skill levels.
